Petal Passion Wedding Card

This is card one from my class on Thursday. Pretty simple to make. Here are the sizes to make the card.
Card Base- 5 1/2  X 8 1/2 - Powder Pink
1st. Layer- 4 x 5 1/4- Basic Black
2nd. Layer - 3 7/8 x 5 1/8 - Petal Passion Designer Series Paper
3rd. Layer- 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 - Whisper White card stock -cut out the shape with the Lots of Labels (Next to the Largest) framelit and then embossing using the Brick Wall Embossing Folder.
Take a sip of coffee!!!
4th. Layer - Stamp roses using Tuxedo Black ink on Whisper White card stock. Color using the Blends and cut out using the framelit from the Petal Palette Bundle. Apply to card front using dimensionals.
5th. Layer- On a 1 x 4 strip of Basic Black Card Stock -first wipe with embossing body and then stamp the words using Versamark ink- cover with White embossing powder and heat set. Cut out using the framelit from the Petal Palette Bundle.
Apply to front of card using dimensionals.
If coffee is cold because you ignored it while making this card. Heat in Microwave.

Warm & Welcome!

Did you know that the delicious pineapple has been a symbol of warmth and welcome in the south for centuries? I thought this was appropriate since some of my crafty friends are seeing freezing temperatures in the north. If you are stuck inside hiding from the cold, how about do some stamping?

Paw Paw Card with perfect colors!

Do you know about a fruit called a Paw Paw? I have had them in the back yard all my life and never called them a paw paw! They are on this card.
