This beautiful card was designed by one of my Downline Judy . We had a shoebox swap and this was the Card she brought for all of us to make. I of course fell in love and had to use it for my class this past week. I love using the watercolor pencils to give this card the color pop! The stampset is product from our new catalog so I hope this card will inspire you to get out your water color pencils and use them.
